Registration Fees for Conference Presenters

Early-bird

• 150 Euro for Academics and Professionals.

• 90 Euro for Students, FLSH members and CEOS Researchers.

• 60 Euro for virtual Participants 

Late Registration

• 200 Euro for Academics and Professionals.

• 130 Euro for Students, FLSH members and CEOS Researchers.

• 60 Euro for virtual Participants

Registration Fees for Attendees

• FREE for Students, FLSH members and CEOS Researchers* (registration is mandatory)

• Virtual participation is not possible.

Virtual participation (non-attending authors)

If you wish your paper to be published in the HSS Proceedings, but you are not able to attend the Conference in person, you can register for a virtual presentation.

Virtual Presentantion:

1. after the abstract has been accepted, you should send a PowerPoint presentation (with audio and or video).

2. Submissions should be made to hssconference@iscap.ipp.pt by October 30.

3. The accepted virtual presentations/papers will be featured in the conference program, in a specific section.

4. The virtual presentations will not be simultaneous, but they will be uploaded onto the conference website.

5. This virtual section will enable all participants to have access to all the virtual presentations during and after the event.

6. Accepted papers of registered virtual participants will be published in the conference proceedings (with an ISBN) or

in the partner journals according to their submission guidelines.

7. Virtual participants will receive participation certificates.

8. An invoice for the registration fee will be provided.

Notes:

1. Registration fees for conference presenters cover admission to all conference sessions, conference materials and documents and publication. If the presenter is on-site, it also covers 3 coffee breaks and 2 lunches.

    Registration fees for paying attendees cover admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, 3 coffee breaks and 2 lunches.

2. All authors of the same proposal are kindly requested to pay the registration fee;

3. The conference coordinators discourage multiple proposals from the same author, and under no circumstances should the same author submit more than two proposals. If both papers are accepted for presentation, each paper requires a separate registration fee.

4. To ensure your registration is valid, please make sure that any payment made by transfer is free of all bank fees and transfer charges. Please also ensure that the registered participant’s full name is clearly stated in the bank transfer. Payments received without such details cannot be easily identified and may not be valid.

5. In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, the registration fees are not refundable.
